A company website and client portal for SADEVZ, a software development studio based in Chitral. Built on a modern React and Next.js stack to present services and portfolio and to run client communication, with an admin panel for managing projects, team members and incoming inquiries — plus an e-commerce-ready component library that is reused across client stores.

A suite of 53 free, browser-based utilities for developers, designers and everyday tasks — JSON, SQL and XML formatters, a regex tester, Base64 and JWT tools, a ten-tool PDF kit (merge, split, compress, convert, reorder), password and hash generators, an image compressor and WebP converter, an AI colour-palette generator, and ten finance and date calculators. Every tool runs 100% client-side — files never leave the browser and nothing is tracked — alongside 21 reference cheat sheets and original format and compression benchmarks.

“Your case diary, in your pocket.” A mobile-first case-management app for advocates and their assistants in Pakistan. A monthly calendar shows hearing density and flags cases with missed proceedings; each case carries a chronological proceedings history, litigation-stage mapping (appeals, revisions, executions), fee tracking with running balances, and audit trails for voided entries. It works offline — a proceeding recorded with no signal syncs on reconnect — and lets users photograph and file order sheets and pleadings directly with the case. Role-based for admins, lawyers and assistants.

A complete hospitality platform for one of Chitral's premier eco-resorts, built end to end: a booking and e-commerce engine, real-time availability, an admin dashboard for room and package management, a gallery CMS, and a customer-facing experience that reflects the resort's natural setting.

An e-commerce storefront for a home textile retailer selling curtains, foam, carpets and household items. Shoppers browse the catalog and check out directly on the site, while a purpose-built admin panel lets the owner manage products, track orders and read sales analytics without a spreadsheet. A lightweight built-in CMS handles banners, categories and promotional copy, so the shop updates itself without a developer.

An AI-powered diet and nutrition tracker. SaFit analyses meals from natural text, tracks macros and calories, and gives personalised dietary recommendations from a language model, in a clean, motivating UI. Deployment is still a few weeks out.

SADEVZ's first delivered product: a hotel management and booking platform for a hotel in the Drosh valley. It included a customer-facing booking site, WhatsApp integration for instant reservation confirmations, and a back-office panel with occupancy analytics and revenue tracking. The site is currently being redesigned and will return once rebuilt and tested.

A production-grade VPN client for Android, built for an international networking company. The app handles protocol selection, server switching, kill-switch logic and a clean onboarding flow, wrapped in a technical UI that communicates security without intimidation. A fuller preview isn't available at the client's request.
